Our cost reduction service is very simple we analyse your expenditure in any area you wish or that we have identified. We tender your requirement in the open market and use our market knowledge and negotiating skills to obtain the most cost effective and commercial rate for the product or service under review.
There is no charge for this part of the service and if by this process we cannot achieve any savings then you have the comfort of knowing that you have the best market rate. However, invariably we achieve very considerable savings and only at this point after acceptance of our report and findings do we charge for the service. Our fee is a proportion of the savings achieved over a 12- month period, therefore at no point are we a cost to your organisation.
