Managing Director: John Bermingham

John has spent 27 years in procurement, working at a senior level with large UK national companies. Originally undergoing a 4-year training programme at R.Mansell Ltd he became Senior Buyer and helped develop and install their computerised buying function. He then joined the fastest growing Fit-Out & Refurbishment contractor in the UK as Procurement Manager and was also given the responsibility of developing the Marketing function, eventually becoming Procurement & Marketing Director and promoted to the companies Board of Management.

Before eventually setting up the Procurement Services Group, he joined M.J.Gleeson Plc as Head of Procurement managing a procurement budget of £150M and 13 buyers based at regional offices around the UK. Responsible for the procurement of the Civil Engineering and Overheads, he saved £1M from indirect purchases.
