MITIE’s interior fit-out business is one of the fastest growing fit-out and refurbishment service providers in the South East. The company was looking to improve its systems relating to material purchasing to ensure that it receives the best commercial market rates available.

PSG reviewed the company’s processes and identified a number of areas that could be improved. As a result of this review, PSG drafted:

• A new policy and procedures manual
• New Terms & Conditions of order

PSG also:

• Re-designed existing documents and introduced new pertinent documentation
• Outlined a broad future strategy in relation to material procurement

This was then presented to the commercial management team which subsequently adopted our proposals.

We now are providing market price benchmarking, and negotiating support in relation to longer term framework agreements.
